Scope and provider
RoboNex’s current paid onboarding and offer are for professional or organizational use. These provisions remain available only where mandatory consumer law applies because the customer’s factual legal status is that of an individual acting outside their trade, business or profession (“Consumer”); they do not create a consumer purchasing path. The provider is ROBONEX SAS, Société par actions simplifiée, share capital 2,000 €, registered with the RCS Auxerre under SIREN 103 902 151, registered office at 29 Rue du Moulin du Président, 89000 Auxerre, France. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over conflicting terms or declarations.
Information and mandatory protections
Current paid onboarding does not include a consumer-type selector or a consumer-terms acceptance step, and current Checkout does not record acceptance of these provisions. Where mandatory consumer law applies because of the customer’s factual legal status, required pre-contract information and mandatory rights concerning price, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds remain applicable despite a professional-purpose declaration.
Monthly subscription and renewal
Online subscriptions are monthly and have no long-term commitment. The subscription renews automatically each month at the price and tax treatment displayed before payment until cancelled. Any lawful price change requires clear advance information and takes effect only as permitted by law.
Online cancellation
The Consumer may use “Cancel my subscription” on the public site or in the account without calling or emailing support. After reviewing the contract and consequences, the Consumer confirms the request and receives acknowledgement and the effective date. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then.
14-day withdrawal right
The Consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the service contract is concluded by using the withdrawal form or any unambiguous statement. If the Consumer expressly asks for service to start before that period ends, RoboNex records the request. If the Consumer then withdraws, RoboNex may retain only the amount proportionate to service actually supplied up to withdrawal, including RoboCredits actually consumed at the genuine usage rate; the unconsumed part is refunded. No term removes mandatory withdrawal rights.
RoboCredits
RoboCredits are consumed according to actual eligible platform usage shown in the account. They are not a waiver of refund or withdrawal rights.
- RoboCredits are centralized units for consuming eligible services on the RoboNex platform.
- They are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, and are not virtual currency or an investment product.
Use of the service
The Consumer must protect account credentials, use the service lawfully and not bypass safeguards, quotas or security. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or non-unique. They must not replace qualified professional advice or human review for important decisions. The service does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or 100% availability.
Prompts and output
The Consumer retains rights they hold in lawful inputs. RoboNex and necessary service-provider categories process prompts, outputs and related technical data only as described in the Privacy Policy to deliver, secure and support the service and comply with law.
Legal guarantees and liability
RoboNex remains responsible under mandatory consumer law. Nothing excludes or limits liability where prohibited, or removes statutory conformity, withdrawal, refund or other mandatory rights. The Consumer remains responsible for unlawful content and for decisions made without appropriate review of AI output.
Complaints and mediation
Complaints may be sent to contact@robonex.fr or the registered office. If a written complaint is not resolved, the Consumer may refer the dispute free of charge to RoboNex’s designated consumer mediator, subject to the mediator’s eligibility rules. The Support, Complaints and Mediation page provides the current customer-facing contact details.
Applicable law
French law applies without depriving a Consumer resident in another country of mandatory protections of that country. Consumers may bring proceedings before any court competent under mandatory rules.
