Cookie Policy

RoboNex currently uses only storage necessary for requested functions: authentication and security session cookies, and language-preference cookies. The language cookies rbn_locale and rbn_locale_explicit contain only “en” or “fr” and may remain for up to 12 months; the HTTP-only rbn_user_locale projection lasts for the authenticated session. These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Non-essential analytics, advertising or personalization technologies must remain disabled before consent. Where such technologies are introduced, the first layer must provide “Accept all” and “Reject all” choices with equal ease and visual weight, and the user must be able to withdraw consent at any time. Refusal does not prevent access to the service.

The cookie-choice control records the choice in local browser storage so that making a choice does not itself set a non-essential cookie. Necessary storage cannot be disabled through this control because it is required for the requested account, security or language function. Browser settings can delete it.

No non-essential analytics or advertising tool may be loaded until it appears in a verified inventory identifying its provider category, purpose, data, duration and legal basis. The policy and consent control must be updated before any new non-essential purpose is enabled.
