Cookie Notice

This V1 draft does not assert that the current inventory is complete. It records the information that must be verified before a final cookie notice is published.

Cookies and related browser storage can remember preferences, maintain sessions, support security, or measure service use. The final notice should distinguish technologies by purpose and duration.

Only confirmed technologies should appear in the final inventory.

• Strictly necessary storage for requested service functions.
• Security and authentication storage.
• Preference storage.
• Analytics storage, if enabled.
• Marketing storage, if enabled.

The functional rbn_locale cookie stores the active locale for up to 12 months. The functional rbn_locale_explicit cookie records an explicit language selection for up to 12 months, and the session-only, HTTP-only rbn_user_locale cookie projects an authenticated user’s saved locale during the session. These cookies contain only a supported locale code and are not used for tracking or advertising. Localization does not store IP addresses or precise location.

Placeholder: add the verified cookie or storage key name, provider category, purpose, type, duration, and legal basis for every other production cookie or storage mechanism.

Browser controls may allow cookies to be deleted or blocked. Placeholder: document the production consent controls and explain the effect of each choice after they are implemented and verified.

This notice should be updated when the verified technology inventory or consent approach changes. Material changes require legal review.
