Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Checkout displays the selected service, total price, taxes, monthly billing period, automatic renewal, cancellation, withdrawal and refund summary before the order is placed. Consumer prices are displayed including tax. Business pricing and invoices may follow separately identified professional rules.

Online subscriptions renew automatically each month without a long-term commitment. The amount and next period are shown before the initial payment and in the account. Cancellation is available online and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Consumers retain the statutory 14-day withdrawal right. When immediate performance was expressly requested, only the proportion of the service actually supplied before withdrawal may be charged. Unconsumed amounts are refunded, and actually consumed RoboCredits are calculated at genuine usage. A recharge is not categorically non-refundable, and no term removes mandatory rights. Duplicate or unauthorized charges and service failures are reviewed under applicable law.

The account distinguishes subscription, recharge and trial balances. Actual usage and the applicable balance are recorded by the existing ledger. This policy does not change prices, Stripe Price IDs, credit allocation or ledger logic.

• RoboCredits are centralized units for consuming eligible services on the RoboNex platform.
• They are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, and are not virtual currency or an investment product.

Send the account email, invoice or transaction reference, date, amount and requested resolution to contact@robonex.fr. Do not send full payment-card details. Withdrawal requests may use the online withdrawal form.
