Review status

General legal enquiries
Send legal and policy enquiries to contact@robonex.fr. Use a descriptive subject line and include only the information needed to understand the request.
Privacy requests
For a privacy-related request, describe the request and the RoboNex account or interaction involved. Identity verification may be necessary before account-related information can be discussed. Placeholder: approve the request workflow and dedicated privacy contact.
Security reports
For a potential vulnerability, provide reproduction steps and impact details while avoiding service disruption, access to other users’ information, or disclosure of secrets. Placeholder: approve a dedicated security channel and disclosure policy.
Formal notices
Placeholder for counsel: add the legal entity name, registration details, registered address, accepted delivery methods, and the effective date for formal notices. Emailing the general contact address may not constitute formal legal service.
